I had placed an order with Takealot

I had placed an order with Takealot.com on the 25th Sep 2024. On the app it was written that my delivery could be made the next day for my products in my cart. As I was checking out, it said the estimated delivery date was 27th Sep 2024. And as I was tracking my order, (on the 27th Sep 2024) it changes to 28th Sep 2024. Mind you, I have commitments around the parcels being delivered on the specified date - 27th Sep 2024, as I'm travelling that same evening. Now I've had to make alterations to my travelling which costed me financially because TAKEALOT.COM messed up my plans due to NO COMMUNICATION. I'm so mad and to top it all off, I had to be the one to call them and ask them about any delays and reasons. What an inconvenience and I'm so disappointed honestly
