I had bought a hoover board during the 2019/2020 period. I am well aware of the 6 month return period, that is was not and that the item also carries its own independent warranty. The hoover board failed to return its charge levels. i then called Takealot and spoke to 2 agents. the first agent gave me their supplier name by the name of Home Impx with the contact number, the person name is Mohammed. when i called Home Impx, at first Mohammed conceded to being the supplier of the item and teh warranty. when i advised i had an issue, he then suddenly advised he does not supply these items to Takealot, to my surprise. i then went back to takelaot and advised them of this on the 27/11/2020. The agent by the name of Erin Fritz, she would escalate this to their product team. I have made a few follow up via emails and to date no response. Makes me wonder where to Takealot source these products and do they now distance themselves form these products once sold and there is very poor after sales services on issue items. If a representative of Takealot does have sight of this post, kindly make contact with me, in order to resolve this matter, as your current channels fails its customers.
