I had a COD order on takealot but when I confirmed the order it gave a error message that said unexpected error occured and do payment now but a email was sent that confirmed my COD order and delivery date but in the app the whole order is stuck on payment now I am trying to get hold of takealot through emails but nobody is returning my email and to phone them is a nightmare you on hold for, forever. This error happend before and also waited for more than a week for any help. And a pay 99 rand every month more benefits and can't even get help.
