I guess clients used to be important!

Most unreliable company ever! That exact reason why some of us remain skeptical when making online purchases. A simple exercise of purchasing a simple phone turned into a nightmare and annoyance! I want a phone, I pay for the phone, before leaving the collection depot I open the package, the box only has a charging head and a charging cable and no phone. I tell the collection lady that there's no phone here, I sit down at the place of collection and register the return so that I can get a box which actually has a phone. However if there are no boxes which currently have the phone I want then that's fine, please give me my money back! Seemingly I'm asking for too much, 2 weeks later and there's an ongoing investigation since I collected and returned immediately. So technically I'm also being investigated it seems. From a simple client to being part of an investigation. Wow... Nice!
