I ordered a ps4 controller for R950 on special from take a lot and it had a picture of the real remote and it even said Sony entertainment but when we got the remote it was a Chinese make. We returned the remote and all we got was take a lot credit. I look at the controller on the site again and it was 1300 rand. So I can't afford a controller for 1300. I phoned them and told them I paid 950 rand for the real thing and now you gave me store credit but now the controller is 1300. So I told them I want the real thing. They told me because it was a 3rd party selling it I can 9nly get a refund and not the real controller. I told them that they advertised the real controller so they are liable to make sure its the real thing. They refused to give me the real controller and only gave me a refund. So essentially the special they advertised was not real and here I sit with my 950 rand and no controller so there customer is disgusting. I will never purchase anything from take a lot again. I expected for them to cover the difference between what I paid and what it is on special for now to ensure that I get what I paid for but they refused.
