I GOT ****MED BY TAKEALOT

I GOT ****MED. So I was shopping for dog food, placed my order and selected express delivery as I was planning for when my supply ran out. The order never arrived on the date I paid to have it delivered and the tracking never updated until the day AFTER the delivery was scheduled to arrive. I tried to reach out to Takealot, but they make it EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch. By ranting publicly, I finally got a response, but no solution, no commitment, just empty apologies and promises to follow up. I can't leave the house to go buy food for my dogs for fear of the delivery coincidentally arriving while I'm out so I've been waiting at home stressing about when I'll be able to fill their bowls again, while I already paid to NOT have that stress. I will NEVER order from Takealot again as I'm already fearing I've been ****med with this one and my order is never going to arrive. After 72 hours of waiting and the order not arriving, when the normal delivery date has already come and gone, I fear I will never get it.
