I got a parcel from Washington sooner than one from Takealot

<p>on the 30th of November I ordered two pairs of shoes from Takealot. The estimated time of delivery is 20th Decembr. I still didn't gt it and today is the 21st.</p> <p> </p> <p>A week after I placed my order on Takealot, I ordered a game from Amazon, which is based in Washington DC. The estimated delivery date was 28 Decemberm and guess what? I received it on the 19th.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now what possibly can Takealot's excuse be for the late delivery? No feedback and no updates. I am disappointed.</p>
