I give up really

On the 15th of feb i ordered 2 packets of shirts different sizes , then on 23 feb they say they dont have stock they will credit me with the money for both packs. I refunded the money and the portion came through and the other portion was declined i went to the take alot office close to me and they tried to help i spoke 3 different people and still nothing came to light so now R599 down the drain...
