I dont find you competent anymore

I received 2 messages, yesterday and today that my delivery will be delivered before 5.... I walked the whole 2 kilometers to wait already at 15:00... It is now 18:00. I am seriously dissapointed to say the least. Not 1 phone call or 1 message stating that you won't come. I do not find you a competent company anymore. Which means that you expect me to walk to the gate again, because I don't have the keys with me.... Contact your clients, they are paying you to do a job.
