I Don't even know what do you call this!!!!!!!!!!

So I was told if I signed up monthly I would get next day delivery, as it is an emergency that I need my medical Alert bracelet juts to find out after I paid for the description that I have to buy R500 or more to get my next day delivery / Free delivery so basically forced to get the amount to R500 Just for take alot to tell me that it will only come on the 22nd of April???? What's the point of going thru all that???????? The whole process I went thru because I need this medical alert bracket YESTERDAY and on top of that I'm paying R75 for delivery fee so why did I sign up & paid for free delivery when that not the case???????? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I feel like I was conned into buying to a certain price signed up for the free next day delivery subscription & forced to up the amount of the order just to find out it's not coming next day
