I do not recommend Takealot

I will not be using Takealot again.

This is the seventh time my order has been delivered incorrectly. At this point, it’s no longer a once-off mistake but a serious breakdown in their fulfilment process.

Most recently, I ordered a hair curler and received a packet of plain white paper. I also ordered a leather mouse pad and received a phone box multi-plug charger. These are not similar items and should never pass basic checks.

The repeated errors raise real concerns about Takealot’s warehouse controls, security checks, and quality assurance. It’s easy to see why people are moving away from Takealot and choosing other platforms instead.

I do not recommend Takealot and will not be ordering from them again.
