I didn’t receive my order

You worst experience I’ve ever!!, I tried to order for the first time at Takealot and since last week I ordered EarPods from them and paid on the same day , I was supposed to receive my order on the 18th of April before 17:00 and I did not receive my order it says my delivery has been cancelled and I don’t remember doing so which is so inconvenient and they didn’t reimburse me money. I needs earphones to study and since it’s test week I wanted to try on e-commerce since it’s convenient but I never received them
