I did not receive my order

Zero rating actually, I ordered an iPhone charger and paid for next day delivery , I then realised I’m not getting an sms then I emailed there customer service I spoke to Sinazo.V Adam.H I gave them both my correct number my order was rescheduled for next day they told me a driver will call me when they come, no called me and no one came to my work later when I checked the order it’s marked as delivered Sinazo.V told they will escalate to the relevant department which this morning they are telling me they left the delivery at the security but the delivery is marked as accepted by customer and no one actually came to my work place so that means I donated a charger to Takealot 🤬
