I did not receive my order

I ordered some items at takealot.com on 10 June 2020, they sent me a message telling me that I will receive it on 22June 2020, today 20 June, I received an email telling me that I returned my order and I did not do it, i rep**** on the mail enquiring about the email and they rep**** saying that my order was cancelled with no explainatio. I have been trying to phone them all day and no one answers the phone. My order number is ***1
