I can't complain about the service because there is none

App**** to sell on Takealot 3 months ago. Never get any feedback on the application so I emailed the support team. First they told me they will resolve the issue, then they come back to me and say the support team can't assist and that they will escalate the issue to the relevant people (person). 2 weeks later still no response.

Customer service is non existent.
