I cant believe this company

<p>I bought my gf and I both the same phones for Christmas. Mine unfortunately stopped charging. I sent it back. They collected it on the 9th september July 2016...I waited until the 5 August to get it back. IT DIDNT WOR**** it didnt charge. ( same as before) Didnt you guys test it? <br /> <br />So I sent it back again! Only got it back 14th Septemer. I was promised a brand new replacement and not a repair again. I opened the box and guess what? They sent me a second hand phone. It was scratched and chipped. It wasnt even my old phone but it was in my box with my accessories ( I have photos which I sent to them) Now as you can imagine im boiling inside. So I sent them a furious email. They collected it the next day<br /> <br />I now sent them an email a few days ago asking when my new phone will be arriving as its been almost two weeks. I was told its in for repairs at the moment. and they will let me know when its done.......ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I was promised a brand new sealed unit by Jason Petersen. I was promised a new unit twice actually but you people thought it was ok to send your customer a used phone<br /> <br />Im not one to ever complain but come on... I will never use TAKEALOT.com ever again</p> <p> </p> <p>The above is what I posted to Hellopeter friday....A lady from takealot phoned me in appology with regards to my Hellopeter post. She promised me a confirmation that I will be recieving my new phone by monday. Monday has passed and I havnt recieved anything</p>
