I bought things at takealot

I bought things at takealot.com on 20 march 2022 and the delivery date was 30 march but they kept on changing the date, when ever I call them,they come with different story, they will say the parcel is damaged it needs to be change in order to buy sometime or stall and in the end they my goods have been lost in Transit and gave another date which 25 April.
