I bought the nevoks feeling 2 vape pod and I thought it would be good and beneficial but I'm having the worse experience with the pod, I bought extra coils and it's burning out quick and it's leaving a burning taste in my mouth and throat. I only have it for a 2 weeks and I hate it. I requested for a return so that I can buy me a other vape by them but now they first want to fetch this one and it must first be checked out and then they will get back to me in a few days and then only if it's approved then they will refund me. So now I must go without smoking for 5 days of more which is totally unfair. I bought it, didn't use it long and I've used 3 coils. All I want is just a other vape but have to go through a whole unnecessary process. I don't want any money back just a other vape
