I bought items and I decided to to a refund to takealot they have collected the Item then they never processed my refund the also asked me for a proof due to payflex I have sent it they said they will fix it through email address on the finance department and they told me they refunded it but I haven't received it I've also responded them through email and I'm making follow-up as well but they never come back to me they didn't even process my refund
