I bought a TV and it was delivered at the wrong address and takealot is not resolving this matter and I no longer want that TV I want my money back.

Please that I did not receive my parcel and there is a whole lot of drama around this parcel. Firstly the driver delivered my parcel at the incorrect address and now the people he delivered my parcel to are now denying that they have received it.

The driver is now not interested in engaging and says it's no longer his problem because he escalated the matter. Worst of all he says he doesn't remember where he delivered the parcel.
