I bought a Printer from Take Alot in April and only to discover that it does not have the 24 Pin as per my required work. I filed a request to return it on the 18 May 2023. It was collected from me on the 23 May 2023. Since then I have not received feedback from Take Alot but they can not tell me where the Printer is. They are sending me from pilar to post when I call them. Now I am worried If their third party courier company might have lost it since they cant locate it.
