I bought a cellphone from Takealot.com and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, the delivery was canceled, upon follow-up, the driver came the following day but delivered a product that is not even a cellphone and I lost almost ten thousand rands and no one seems to be able to help, even CGSO didn't get a response and had to close the file.
