I bought 2 S24 Samsung Galaxy smartphones from Takealot on 25 April 2025 at a cost just under R27 000. When the delivery came I received a wall plug. I immediately logged a call and scheduled a return. The item was picked up on 28 April. As of today 6 May 2025 I have not received a refund, credit or the actual phones even though I follow up on a daily basis. I just get the run around promising the matter is under review.
