I am writing to express my disappointment with Takealot and concern regarding my recent order (Order Number: #***) which was falsely marked as delivered, despite the fact that I have not received the item. I selected and paid for Next-Day Delivery, and I waited at home the entire day to receive my laptop. Throughout the day, there were no delivery attempts, no calls from a driver, and no notifications indicating any delay. At around 1pm, I received a message stating that the device would be delivered before 7pm. However, later in the afternoon, I checked the tracking status and was shocked to see that the order had turned green and claimed that I had signed for the delivery. This is completely incorrect, as I never received the parcel and did not sign for anything. This situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your delivery process.
