I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delivery of my order. Despite multiple promises and rescheduling, I have yet to receive my parcel. Initially, I was informed that my parcel would be delivered on 30 June 2025. However, this did not happen. Takealot then rescheduled the delivery to Thursday, 03 July 2025, but again, the parcel did not arrive. To my surprise, the delivery was rescheduled once more to 08 July 2025, and yet again, I did not receive my parcel. What's even more frustrating is that I have stayed home on all the scheduled delivery days, expecting the parcel to arrive. This lack of reliability and communication has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
