I am very disappointed with Takealot and its service.

I have ordered items in December to be delivered at my cousin's address because on the delivery date I was going to be in the rural area. Apparently, my cousin also had an order and mistakenly returned mine because it was not what she ordered. I have been enquiring about these orders since December until to date and I have proof of the emails I've sent but no one is responding (including an email with a photo of everything I have ordered and returned asking me to confirm if these are what was returned).
