On 18 July 2024, I made an order and made payment for my takeout order. I received my parcels on the 26th of July 2024 but I am missing one 2 item The Eucerin cream. And I did not receive the Eucerin sunscreen. I have been doing numerous follow-ups and I am being ignored. All I need is the item I paid for and if that is an issue, I am willing to bring back everything I bought and get my full refund.
