I am Still waiting for my Order

I ordered a few items from Takealot and they said it would be delivered by the 17th (Wednesday), so they've now rescheduled my order to the 29th and they no longer responding to my emails.

So I requested a refund or at least a delivery of items they have in their warehouse, still there's no response.
