I am so tired of bad delivery from Takealot

I have ordered from [URL Removed] three times and two out of three has been bad experiences. Their deliveries are always late. This time I am really mad because I ordered dog food and it was supposed to be delivered today and later tonight I will not have food for my dog, if they do not deliver today. When I placed my order it was available and at the warehouse. I placed my order and paid and the expecting date for delivery was supposed to be today. This morning when I called to check where my order is I was told that they are waiting for stock from their supplier and as soon they get stock they will deliver it. How can this be 1. When I placed my order they had stock so surely they should have put it on a truck and sent to me? or that is what one would think. 2. No one called me to say they had run out of stock or a simple email earlier would have been nice but not a word. I had to call them only to find out that they are out of stock. This is seriously bad customer service and not the first time for me. I never had a problem with [URL Removed] and I am sorry that they have merged with [URL Removed] Customer service is key to a good business.
