I am seriously not happy ,can someone deliver what I ordered PLZ

My first order was made on the 25th of June 2020.

The watch was delivered on the 3rd july 2020 and its had water marks and dirt on it .I immediately logged a return.

They then took forever to pick it up and credit me ,I spent an hour on the phone with customer carrying to first get it picked up and then had to log a call to get it credited.

I immediately used the credit to buy another watch which was gold,they delivered a totally different watch with rose gold patterns on it.

I have tried to call in ,that doesnt work.

Plz can someone come pick up this watch and deliver the watch that I ordered.

It's almost a month since I first made my initial transaction.this experience is very BAD!!!
