i am not happy with [URL Removed]

I am a fist time customer with [URL Removed] i was under the impression that they sell hard copy textbooks so i made an ordered no where was it disclosured that their product is not a hard copy and what conformed it for me was it even said delivery is free so i deposited the money (R479.00) in to their bank account.<br> <br> I waited few days for delivery yesterday i called them wanting to know what is going on they told me in bought an ebook & i need to download it. i know there was ebook written there but as for a first customer who doesnt know what an ebook is i didnt buy that i wanted a hard copy textbook. there was nothing there that explains what an ebook is, how it works NOTHING.<br> After all the calling after them a Mr Jason Witbooi calls me telling me there is nothing he can do and there is no refund.<br> i told him i am NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS and he told me i am not the first person who has complained about this and there is still on nothing he can do.<br> <br> I AM A STUDENT WHO IS NOT WORKING AND [URL Removed] IS ROBBING ME WITH ALL THIS.
