I am NEVER using Takealot again, I want my R3500 refunded if my order is not here today!!!!

Order ***, I paid for delivery on 24/02, been calling the entire week, no delivery as yet, pathetic call centre with so many different feedbacks given by consultants, the order includes 2 birthday gifts, one which has already passed, this morning i called to check how I can cancel this order, the consultant cut the call on me. My tracking on the app has not been updated, it still reflects 24/02. My order is almost R3500.00, I am literally shocked at this service, I have wasted so much airtime, received promises to deliver on 25/02 before 5pm, still waiting!!!! get me my order TODAY please.
