I am inconvenienced by your *********** staff that can't read a 4 digit code

Order placed 29 October, promised delivery 1 November. Delivered 1 November, but totally wrong product, not even similar code to what i ordered. I immediately log a return and post on their facebook page. They promise to rectify ASAP. They collect the parcel on 5 November (it is now a week since i should have had my correct order). I assumed that they would have delivered the CORRECT item, since this was a huge mistake on their side!!! But noooo..... I am to be inconvenienced further by their *********** staff that can't read a 4 digit code!!! NOW it has to be returned to the warehouse and be inspected BEFORE they actually send me what i ordered???? Who knows how long this is actually going to take.... they can't even tell me.
