I am extremely disappointed with Takealot's refund policy

I am extremely disappointed with Takealot's refund policy. I placed an order (Order #***) and paid a total of R417, which included the delivery fee. Within approximately one hour of placing the order, I cancelled it. The order had not yet been dispatched or delivered. Despite this, I was only refunded R342 and was informed that the delivery fee would not be refunded. I find this unreasonable, as no delivery service was actually provided and the order had not even left the warehouse. Charging customers for a delivery that never took place feels unfair and leaves a very poor impression of customer service. I would appreciate an explanation as to why a delivery fee is retained when an order is cancelled almost immediately and before dispatch. I hope Takealot reviews this policy and treats customers more fairly in situations like these.
