I am extremely disappointed with TakeALot!!! I ordered a package with a laptop

I am extremely disappointed with Takealot!!! I ordered a package with a laptop on Saturday, did the payment only to receive an email the product is not available. Why did it not indicate "out of stock" when I made the payment? I requested to be contacted but no response. Kindly review my order. Thank you
