I am extremely disappointed with how Takealot has handled my missing item case for Order ***.

I received an empty parcel, there was no perfume product or perfume box inside at all, only an empty Takealot box wrapped in brown packaging. I reported the issue immediately and provided all requested photos as proof.

Since then, I have been sent from one consultant to another for weeks. A return collection was even attempted, but the driver advised that he could not collect an empty box because there was no item inside to return.

Despite this, I continue receiving delays and investigation updates with no actual resolution. I have cooperated fully, submitted evidence, and followed every instruction given, yet I am still without either the product or a refund.

What is most frustrating is being told that the parcel “showed something was packaged,” while ignoring the fact that the parcel arrived empty when delivered to me.

I am simply requesting a fair resolution and refund for an item I never received.
