I AM DISGUSTED WITH TAKEALOTS SERVICE

I purchased a Totem school bag from Takealot on 2 Nov and it was ready for collection on 8 Nov. I then returned it on 19 Nov as my son (who received it on 11 Nov) didnt like the colour. It was then received and declined on 21 November with no email received stating why it was declined. To date with numrous phone calls and emails I still do not have proper feedback as to why this bag was declined for return. AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE BAG OR MY REFUND. This is unacceptable. No on at the call centre knows what they are doing and all they do is escalate with no feedback thereafter. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT
