I am disgusted by the service from takealot

Good Morning.

I am very angry with the service that i got from takealot.com. I had placed an order for seven items..order number...***3. And it was delivered on the 29-10-2019 and to my surprise only 6 items came. And the delivery guy called the lady from Takealot.com Sharlene who promised me that the item will be delivered. I did a return on the system and up until today nothing has come. I paid R1310 which was for 77 items according to order to the delivery guy for 7 items but only received 6. .
