I am being abused by Takealot

Made an order long time ago with the 4th May as delivery date. The 4th I went to the delivery address for collection as the work address was given before COVID19. I am not presently working like everyone but had to go and wait for them as I tried uncessfully to call them for change of address. Guess what, they never showed up. Due to the virus I understand but believe they were supposed to update me. Then today they tell me through email that my order will be cancelled due to COVID19. Why cancelling it? I suspect they already sold to others. I want them to keep my order active until the situation allows to deliver. It is my order and I have been waiting for a long time for it
