Hurt and disappointed

I placed an order on the 17th of August which was to be delivered on the 23rd, then on the delivery date very late I went to the app and it said my address is insufficient but they said that they check addressee before they deliver, I am still waiting for my order, my daughter can't do her school work because she really needs that charger, I am really hurt
