Humiliation/Terrible Service & Processes

@TAKEALOT #SpoiltChristmas #WhyBother Totally Disappointed!!! Now we know why they are called Takealot because they 'Takealot' of your money, time and effort and simply don't deliver. A package that was ordered on the 15th was due for delivery on the 24th, however to this day I still haven't received my item. I contacted the customer support team who said they would contact the courier and revert back. After 2 hours I still never received a call. Therefore I called back to follow up to be told they are awaiting a response from the courier. Never received a call back for the entire two days. I decided to call the couriers myself, just to find out that they haven't received the package from Takealot and confirm I have been given the run around. Poor service delivery, poor processes and not to mention the poor service from their so called 'customer support' Tevin. I would never recommend Takealot as they advertise 2-5 working days delivery, and we're sitting on day 10 and it is not even en route to us. I expect an answer as this is not how business is done, as you are quick to take our money, but never as quick to give us value for that money. Hope your reason good enough to elaborate why my wife still doesn't have her Christmas Gift.
