Humiliation - Gift Delivery

I wanted to send a gift to a relative, but I was unaware that she'd been having problems at home and moved out. Naturally when I found out I sincerely asked Takealot to please deliver the parcel to a residence literally 2 blocks away from the original address... Unfortunately they would rather attempt the delivery over and over again (without success) rather than just sending the parcel to the correct address that I did send through. This was supposed to be a surprise not a humiliation for her. I think the service is pathetic, especially for an online retailer. I would advise anyone to rather try and use an alternative online retailer.
