Humiliating service TAKEALOT

I ordered a Bleuetti solar panel on the 18th of June. They delivered 3. I notified them. The solar panel was not compatible with my Magneto power station. They collected it on the 22nd- all 3. Up until now 17 July I have not been refunded. From the 22nd they sent 5 more employees to collect the solar panels. Eventually the fifth person stayed at my house and she herself contacted Takealot. On that day they sent the police to my house accusing me of keeping her hostage hours after she left. They are forever escalating this issue, they don’t answer calls to customer service and don’t reply to my emails. I’ve spent approximately R60 000+ and I will be taking legal action against takealot.
