They said it would be delivered on the 22nd

On the 23rd I wrote an e-mail saying I didn't receive the order. I got a reply that they are going to contact the shipping department.

On the 24th I wrote another e-mail saying the same thing. I got a reply that they are going to contact the shipping department.

On the 25th I saw that they split the order. The first part was delivered. The second part wasn't delivered and I got a note saying that the shipping address was insufficient.
