Huge Disappointment with Takealot

Was very disappointed 😞 with Takealot. Orderd a book on 23/11/23. Picked up at a takealot pick up point on 04/12/23. Opened the package 📦 and it was not the item I paid for. Was totally disappointed. I now had to do a return with my cellphone at my cost. Totally unacceptable. Don't know when I will receive the correct item. Was not offered an apology or to say we will use the express service to deliver the correct item.
