Huewei SE 11

I am not happy with my huawei SE11 tablet, i already exchanged it but it came back with worse problems.... Now doesn't want to display / run other apps like Netflix and Moviebox, It doesn't download other PDF documents. And I can't afford to spend days without a tablet as Exams are coming soon and I use it. But am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, as I have been a customer at takealot for a more than a year. It is my first time experiencing this kind of problem.
