HR Department

I'm not having any joy with their HR department, regarding a deceased policy for the kids, it's been 8 months now and I always leave messages and e-mails but no joy at all. This is urgent for the kids, as I need to apply for them for next year's grade. ********** ********** 624 ********** 624104. I'm given these numbers constantly but no response or they'll call back but they never do.
