How to make money out of one order....

Worst experience with @takealot...... I placed an order on the 16 January 2024, all products was in stock when I ordered, and order was enough to get free delivery. Order to be delivered on the 26th of January. Received an email on the 23rd of January 2024, that now they dont have stock of one of the products, and they refunded me for the product, just for me to go on their app and purchase the same product coming from the same place, for R8 more, and because of this, this will count as a new order I had to pay R70 for delivery.... both the deliveries was delivered on the same day with same drive at the same time. When I opened my package one of the products was wrong, don't really know how they swap a shower head for a apple phone case, had to log a return, just to find out 5 days later (waiting for the correct product)that now they don't have stock anymore, but atleast they credited me. I will surely enjoy the hair wash with that refund.... And when I order the same product again I can just pay the delivery cost again. Thanx a lot takealot for hell lot of nothing.
