HOW THEY TAKE YOUR ORDERS

<p>So, where do I begin... I have placed an order from superbalist, this order was sent to Mr D, and I received so many sms's saying that it will be delivered "today before 5pm", I called Mr D, asked what the hold up was, only to be told that someone by the name of TREVOR AUGUST in the "Takealot finance" team cancelled my order, with an explanation saying ********** card. How is my card **********? is this what you guys do to peoples orders when you want to take them for yourselves? the funds came off my account, and now I am having to call from department to department to get my parcel delivered, WHO DO I SPEAK TO!! AND WHO IS THIS TREVOR AUGUST?? I place an order with superbalist, but some random guy from takealot feels the need to inform Mr D not to deliver my order!!</p>
