How takealot.com blamed My 74 year old gran for my missing TV

Takealot.com is all talk and no action. They have played me a fool for 3 days now. I purchased a Samsung UHD TV 43" on their Black Friday Sale little did I know I was giving them my money for nothing. My purchase was never received and I get sent from pillar to post each time I call the customer care center. They play the blame game between their 3rd party courier company and my 74 year old gran whom they confirmed signed for the Tv which she never did. I'm hurt that all my requests for assitance have been met with stories of escalation and apologies. What is a customer to do in this situation? They have refused to even pay back my money? I'm lost, I'm angry and wish I had a way of getting back my money. These ******* are out here *****ing and making millions. Don't be fooled make sure you sign for your parcel and don't let them leave before you check all is in order.
